The 30-Night Calm Promise — Every SnugDen is backed by our 30-Night Calm Promise. Give your dog 30 nights to settle into their new den. If they are not calmer, sleeping more deeply, or resting easier, email us and we will refund every cent. You do not need to ship the bed back — keep it, or pass it on to a shelter dog who needs a warm place to curl up.

How to request: Email support@getsnugden.com within 30 nights of arrival with your order number. No forms, no hoops.

Timeframe: We approve eligible requests within 2 business days; refunds reach your original payment method in about 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged or wrong item: Send a photo within 30 days for a free replacement or full refund, your choice — no return shipping.
